研究机构Dealogic近日公布数据显示，今年一季度，全球首次公开募股（IPO）市场仍复苏乏力，融资额仅为224亿美元，与去年同期持平，但不到2022年同期水平的一半。
同时，安永发布的数据显示，2024年第一季度，全球IPO市场共有287笔交易，同比下降7%；融资237亿美元，同比增长7%。但值得关注的是，受地缘政治等因素影响，全球IPO市场的地域构成发生了重大变化。
与上一季度相比，美洲的IPO活动继续表现强劲，共有52笔交易和84亿美元的融资，且2024年第一季度前七名交易的融资额均超过5亿美元；亚太地区第一季度IPO数量为119笔，融资58亿美元，分别同比下降34%和56%；欧洲、中东、印度及非洲（EMEIA地区） IPO市场在今年年初出现了增长，第一季度共进行了116笔交易，融资95亿美元，分别同比增长40%和58%。
尽管全球IPO市场一季度复苏情况喜忧参半，但银行家和投资者预计，未来几个月将有更多企业上市。同时，市场也预计亚太地区多个国家二季度IPO规模和数量将呈现复苏态势。

当地时间4月2日，GE Vernova宣布已完成从GE公司的拆分，今后GE Vernova将作为一家独立的公司运营并在纽约证券交易所上市。
On April 2, GE Vernova announced that its spin-off from GE is complete and it will begin trading as an independent company on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE).
GE Vernova首席执行官Scott Strazik表示，“GE Vernova正式成为一家专注于加速能源转型的独立公司，并致力于创造一个更加可持续的未来。公司的发电、风电和电气化业务为电力行业提供必不可少的产品与服务，在满足经济发展驱动下不断增长的电力需求同时，也为健康、安全、防护和改善生活品质等领域提供至关重要的电力保障。”
“GE Vernova becomes an independent company singularly focused on accelerating the energy transition to create a more sustainable future，” said Scott Strazik， CEO of GE Vernova. “Our Power， Wind， and Electrification segments provide essential products and services to the electric power industry as we work to meet the growing power demands of economies and deliver electricity that is vital to health， safety， security， and improved quality of life.”
据了解，世界30%的电力由GE Vernova的设备提供支持，该公司拥有超过7000台套的燃气轮机装机，约55000台风力发电机，以及行业领先的电气化技术。
With an installed base of over 7,000 gas turbines， approximately 55,000 wind turbines， and leading-edge electrification technology， GE Vernova helps generate approximately 30% of the world’s electricity.
特斯拉一季度交付量同比下降8.5%

特斯拉公司4月2日公布的数据显示，2024年第一季度，特斯拉交付386810辆汽车，较去年同期下降8.5%。
According to data released by Tesla on April 2, in the first quarter of 2024, Tesla’s vehicle deliveries of 386,810, a drop of 8.5% from the same quarter last year.
该公司第一季度汽车总产量为433371辆，同比下降约1.7%，环比下降12.5%。
The company's total vehicle production in the first quarter was 433,371, declined around 1.7% from a year earlier and 12.5% sequentially.
特斯拉在声明中表示，今年一季度，美国加州弗里蒙特工厂Model 3升级版的生产处于爬坡阶段，红海冲突导致物流受阻，以及柏林超级工厂纵火案造成的工厂停工，均影响了产量和交付量。
In a statement， Tesla said that in the first quarter， the updated Model 3 at the Fremont plant in California was in the early phase of the production ramp， logistics disruptions caused by the Red Sea conflict， and factory shutdowns caused by the fire at the Gigafactory in Berlin affected production and deliveries.
据外媒统计，特斯拉股价在第一季度下跌了29%，为2022年底以来的最大跌幅，也是该公司自2010年首次公开募股以来的第三大季度跌幅。
According to foreign media statistics， shares of Tesla dropped 29% in the first quarter， the biggest decline since the end of 2022 and the third-steepest quarterly plunge since the company’s IPO in 2010.
